我々特に日本人は子どもの頃から、我慢できて偉いね、と褒められてきました。我慢して人に譲ってあげて偉いね！嫌いな物を残さず食べて偉いね！苦手な算数を頑張って偉いね！と。我慢すると大人が喜ぶので、それが良い事だと思い込んだまま大人になった人が多くいます。その人達は、自由に楽しんでいる人達を見て、あの人達はずるい！私はこんなに我慢して良い人間なのに苦しんでばかり、奴らは我慢もしないで楽しい事ばかりしている！　　他人の為、家族の為に我慢するのをやめてみてはどうですか？きっと貴方の大切な人達は貴方が笑っている事を望んでいます。

It's nice to eat all even you dislike.
It's nice to learn mathematics even you dislike.
